BD140 PNP Bipolar Transistor
The BD140 is a PNP transistor used in audio amplifier stages, driver circuits and other compatible bipolar-transistor designs. It is the complementary PNP device commonly paired with the NPN BD139.
Key specifications

The negative signs indicate PNP polarity. These are absolute maximum ratings, not simultaneous operating targets. Actual operation must stay within the safe operating area and thermal limits of the fitted device.
