Description
MPU-6500 6-DOF IMU Sensor Module
The MPU-6500 module combines a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer for motion-sensing projects. It measures rotation rate and acceleration, with selectable ranges to suit different types of movement.
Use it in robotics experiments, gesture interfaces and orientation-estimation prototypes. The MPU-6500 provides six sensing axes; an external magnetometer is required for projects that also need magnetic-heading measurements.

Integration Notes
Check the board labels and signal-voltage requirements before wiring. The module supply range does not establish 5V tolerance on its logic pins. Use a compatible MPU-6500 library and calibrate the sensor for your application.
