Wiring and Selection
Match each wire to the actual strip and controller labels. On an RGB+CCT strip, the sixth connection is the shared supply connection defined by that strip; it should not automatically be treated as ground.
Check the current carried by each conductor, the cable length and acceptable voltage drop before use. The shared conductor may carry the combined channel current. Do not assume that 28AWG wire suits every LED-strip load. Prepare and terminate the cable to match your connectors or solder pads.
