Description
TK-10B Portable Spot Welder with Colour Screen
The TK-10B portable spot welding machine is designed for joining thin metal strips in battery-pack assembly and repair work. A built-in 5000mAh lithium-polymer battery powers the unit, while the 1.8 inch colour display shows operating information such as battery level, voltage, temperature and welding settings.
Adjustable welding controls
Adjust preheating, pulse and interval settings to suit the strip and connection. The rear support bracket holds the unit at an angle for easier viewing and adjustment. Temperature protection disables welding when the detected temperature exceeds 60°C.

Before welding
Test the selected settings on a sample of the same strip material and check the strength of the joint before starting the assembly. Actual welding capability depends on material, thickness, contact and battery charge. Follow the operating instructions and use suitable eye protection when working with battery tabs.
The USB-A port also provides a power-bank output for compatible 5V USB devices.
