ZB2L3 Battery Capacity Tester Module

This module measures a battery’s delivered capacity by discharging it through an external resistive load. During the test, the display cycles through capacity in amp-hours, discharge current and battery voltage. The load is disconnected when the selected cutoff voltage is reached.

Test setup

Use a suitable separate supply for the module and connect the battery and load according to the terminal markings. Check polarity before powering it. Choose a cutoff voltage and discharge current appropriate for the battery chemistry and manufacturer’s limits; do not rely on automatic selection alone.

The external load resistance determines discharge current and must have a sufficient power rating. Load resistors become hot during testing. This is a discharge tester, not a battery charger.
