Usage:

Quick repairing of oxidized solder points contact pad during reballing process for BGA chipset.
Soldering of lithium-ion battery 3.7v.

Usage Recommendations (very important):

Clean the surface (Clear of any residues or dust).
Put a very little bit of flux before soldering.
Use a suitable soldering iron tip with the target area.
Use a suitable soldering iron with the target size.
Use a wet soldering sponge for cleaning the tip and during soldering.
Use distills water, thinner or any alcohol for cleaning.

Notes:

For best results, follow the usage recommendations.
Batteries may damage if it is exposed to high heat!
Not suitable for soldering aluminum, nickel-chrome alloys or stainless steel.
Not suitable for soldering SMT/BGA chipsets.
Not suitable with dip or wave soldering.
Not suitable with welding by fusion or flame.
