The 18500 Battery 1100mAh is a rechargeable lithium-ion cell with a nominal voltage of 3.7V and a real capacity of 1100mAh. It is designed for compatible flashlights, portable electronics, small battery packs and DIY power projects.
The name “18500” describes the cell size: about 18 mm in diameter and 50 mm in length. Therefore, it is shorter than a standard 18650 cell and fits devices and holders made for the 18500 size.

Charging the 18500 Li-ion Battery
Charge the cell only with a dedicated lithium-ion charger or charging module that stops at 4.2V. Do not use a charger designed for NiMH, NiCd, lead-acid or standard AA batteries, because an incorrect charger may cause overheating, leakage or permanent cell damage.
Moreover, avoid leaving the cell fully discharged for long periods, since deep discharge shortens its life.
