BMP280 pressure and temperature sensor module for weather stations and altitude-estimation projects. Measures 300–1100hPa; verify board interface levels before wiring.
BMP280 Barometric Pressure and Altitude Sensor Module
The BMP280 module measures atmospheric pressure and temperature for weather stations, data loggers and elevation experiments. Software can use the pressure reading to estimate altitude when a suitable reference pressure is supplied.

Power and Connection
This listing identifies a 5V-input module with an onboard regulator. A regulated power input does not by itself make the data pins 5V tolerant. Check the supplied board markings and interface levels before connection; the BMP280 chip operates from 1.71–3.6V.
Use a compatible BMP280 library and follow the available pin labels. Altitude estimates depend on calibration and changing weather conditions, so a fixed ±1m altitude accuracy should not be assumed. The BMP280 measures pressure and temperature, not humidity.
