W2809 Digital Temperature Controller 12V DC with NTC Probe

The W2809 is a digital thermostat module for switching a suitable heating or cooling load according to a measured temperature. It runs from a 12V DC supply and uses the included 10kΩ NTC probe to sense temperature.

The LED display shows the temperature information, while push buttons allow adjustment of the control settings. A configurable switching differential helps reduce repeated relay switching near the target temperature.

Installation Notes

Match the connected load to the relay’s voltage, current and load-type ratings. The controller’s 12V supply rating is separate from the load circuit switched by the relay. Check the markings and wiring documentation for the supplied unit before connection.

Position the probe where it represents the temperature being controlled. Protect the controller board from moisture and use a suitable enclosure. For systems where overheating could cause damage, provide an independent temperature limit.
